Is there a way to control the torch lighting aspects?

For example, is there a way to make it brighter or dimmer?
And is there a way to narrow or widen the beam?
Processor i9-9900k CPU@ 3.60GHZ
Ram 32GB
Windows 10 64bit
GeForce RTX 2060
