where is position rotation and other stuff in max? i know they are in max but actually where? im pretty noob in max

You choose an object with the mouse and in the property panel, you will see position rotate and scale section.
If you dont, please post a screen shot.

Once you actually drop something in the level, Position, Rotation, and Scale should show up on the right-hand side on the Object Tools tab. You can also activate the widget/gizmo for this by going to Edit>Settings. It's in the Developer's tab.

the smooth brush just dont do any thing and i cant delete any objects any idea?
