Hi
I previously had no problems running Max but this last version upgraded on the 29-01-2022 is giving me a blue Box with the message

This app can't run on your PC
To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I am running Windows 11 Pro version 21H2 Build 22000.434
on an intel i7-9700F with 32GB memory , RTX2070 super with 8GB and 3 monitors
Thanks

It is a possibility that Lee may need to add windows11 sdk to visual studio, i have been putting off upgrading to windows 11 because i also use Visual Studio 2015, 2019, and 2022 i think 2022 as native support for windows 11 don't think the other versions do.

Is there a 'compatibility' tick box for windows 10 if you right click on the exe ?

Just checked that Oldflak and Granada are both running Max on Win11
So it should run just fine.

@ Ratall
You should post this to GitHub, I things devs should know about it; I stay on Windows 10, but there are many people running w11 out there.
Those that for me does not work for you do, and vice-versa, although both running the same O.S. it may happen.
Your issue is new for me and I have no clue, but devs might do.

Hi
I want to run a few more checks and gather some info before raising it on github. But there will be a bit of a delay as I have to spend a couple of days in hospital (nothing to worry about touch of bradycardia when I sleep).
I raised it here just in case it was a common problem with a simple fix.
Thanks for your input.
Rick

Resolved used the updater directly to day to download the latest version which seems to work.
