Hi all,

I am trying to enable pixel shader for my game, but despite following the instructions, it is not working or I am clearly missing something. These are the instructions I was able to find in this thread:

So I take the comment out of the setting.fx line where it describes the retro effect, but the game still looks the same. From in-game test and after as a stand alone save.

Can someone please tell me what am I missing and where? I am making a late 90's graphics feel FPS.

forceloadtestgameshaders=1

So I tried it out and I am trying to convert everything back to normal.
Commented the lines and set the forceloadtestgameshaders=0, restarted GG and still getting the pixel version.
Am I missing something again?

EDIT: nevermind, I ran an integrity file check for GG and everything is fine now

Or you change it back by commenting out the lines and running GG again with forceloadtestgameshaders=1 (to recompile the shaders back the way they were). Then set forceloadtestgameshaders=0 - so that it doesn't recompile the shaders each time you run GG.
