When I try to run the GG Max Launcher exe it asks for Administrator permission, I click ' Yes' but nothing seems to happn.

Anyone have any idea what the issue is?

I had never seen anything like that, maybe you should report to GitHub: https://github.com/TheGameCreators/GameGuruRepo/issues
Provide some vid or pics showing the error message.

There is no error message. It simply asks for Admin permission and when said permission is granted nothing further happens.

Try right clicking on the launcher and give it Administrator permission in compatibility

Thanks. I got it working. I think the issue might have been due to it being installed on an external hard drive.
