Not at the moment, no, but there are plans for third person, just not in the first release and probably not for quite a few updates to come, they will be working on getting FPS working properly first then they have a slew of other features to add, so it will be a while, but Lee and Rick have both said it will come eventually, it's just not a priority at the moment..
