The buttons on screens like that are images, so as long as you make an image with the right text you can put whatever you please in there.
As to Text in the rest of it (ie prompts etc.) then very likely not, there's nothing to fix, it's working as intended. You would have to put in a feature request on the GameGuru GitHUb page. But don't hold your breath, it will be a long time coming if ever, there's about a million features they need to add before that.
