Is the command SetGamePlayerStateSlowMotion() valid? It is found in the Global file as:

Quote: "SetGamePlayerStateSlowMotion: SetGamePlayerStateSlowMotion() -- command used by the default player control mechanism"

The "Get" command is found in both the Global and the "gameplayercontrol" module as

Quote: "GetGamePlayerStateSlowMotion: GetGamePlayerStateSlowMotion() -- command used by the default player control mechanism"

Within the "gameplayercontrol" module it implies that the command takes a binary value as it is written, "if ( GetGamePlayerStateSlowMotion() == 1 ...)"

If it is used by gameplayercontrol.lua then yes it is *valid* as to what it actually does the clue should be in gameplayercontrol.lua!

yes but you need to pair it with SetGamePlayerStateSmoothCameraKeys(1) to make it work (at least how the stock code uses it)
all it does is make the mouse move the camera around a bit slower (i.e. smoother) so it seems like the camera has a bit of a delay to it compared to the mouse movement - it doesn't make the game go into slow motion or "bullet time" if that is what you were hoping for
