A more or less decent jungle has been a difficult challenge to achieve for many of us, or at least it has been for me.

1- The terrain in GGMax has not yet been implemented, and due to this, 2 things very necessary to get a terrain according to the scene (a jungle), the paint tool does not work, and GGMax changes the terrain with grass, by the grid.
2- The Pack is amazing, although it needs some tweaks, nothing that cannot be fixed in an upcoming installment.
3- A sky of forest, jungle, or something similar, could have helped to build the scene.

But as I have said on other occasions, all this is far from being a problem, it is an opportunity, as well as a challenge.
The above on paper is very nice, but in reality, it is not so easy to achieve.

I've got my best, but I'm far to achieve it, anyway, this is what I get:

Although the real Jungle level will be recreated on my thread.

Feel free to post your shots and vids here, if you want to.

Thanks guys, for watching my vids and pics.

I'm not feeling Max's design at the moment, really not liking some of the changes to the interface. It would not be fun to have entered, with such limits, so just spent the time in GG Classic.

Good luck to everyone who did though!

You are right, GGMax is not yet ready to do so; anyway, it is a chance to be creative, and enjoy along the way.

I don't know anything about this challange.
But yes, it is fun to play around with GGMax a little bit.

Some problems with terrain, some plants don't stay where I placed them and the Wethersettings are not saved correct. I think this will be no problem soon.

All in all.... beautiful gfx! I really like it.

Good luck to everyone who entered, don't know when the winner announcement will be, but if it's during the broadcast later today I will be at work sadly, as usual, so I will have to catch up later this evening.

Good Luck.

Congrats on the move to Unreal. I hope it goes smoothly. This is a loss for TGC + Community.
"now you have all that you need to release it."
Yes- ALL releases! Now you can consider porting over to consoles which I think would be quite
exciting possibilities. Again consoles is another loss for TGC. I think with MAX they should for
sure investigate the possibility of Xbox porting. How hard could it be?

I think this is just showing a screen-cast method from PC to Xbox;

Ahh, here is something interesting. If anyone should know how to port PC games to Xbox,
Microsoft should!
https://www.gizmodo.com.au/2020/03/microsoft-just-made-it-a-lot-easier-to-port-cool-pc-games-to-xbox/
And it is in Microsoft's best interest to enable easy port over since I'm sure they want
to compete with the Steam giant. Giants love to fight other giants. MAX @ Xbox in a decade?
