If I create a video and wish to display it so it can be run directly in the forum post (like I see all the time ).

How is this done?? Specific format?? Size?? etc.

A little step by step would be appreciated. Thanks

Use the tags from the video dropdown selection list:
For youtube:
just include the code after the '=' sign - place it between the youtube tags
Example:


For Vimeo:
use the number provided by Vimeo for the video and place it between the vimeo tags
example:
