I have download the Gun Turret, when i test it then the radar and the gun turns to mee but he is not shooting.

Did you add the decals, IIRC it uses a bunch of decals for the 'bullets'.
Been there, done that, got all the T-Shirts!

Actually there were many versions of it but the basic principal is also used in the helicopter script and many other fun little things I've done in the past.

I would do it completely differently now, I would use particles for one thing and do it all in a single script and use names of entities to define the parts.
Been there, done that, got all the T-Shirts!
