Product Chat / Gameguru doesn't load

I was creating character with Character Creator when Gameguru crashed. It restarted but when it was trying to restore the previous session, it couldn't and restarted again and it is in this loop now.
I also rebooted my PC and tried to load it again but it keeps in loop (trying to restore the previous session and restarting).
Is there a way to make Gameguru not restore the previous session?

I am having the exact same problem, exact mine didn't crash from Character creator. I was doing something else while Game Guru was open and caused a crash.

I can confirm GG-Classic loads - but immediately goes into an infinite loop of reloading the previous level..

yeah same here even after a full reinstall
Intel i5 4950 Quad core 3.3ghz AMD FX 6300 x6 cores 3.5ghz(unclocked)
8gb Ram 8gb Ram
XFX R5 2gb AMD Radeon HD 6670 2gb
and a well fed mouse on a wheel

I only smile because i have absolutely no idea whats going on

I went into GameGuru folder and changed the showannouncements.ini file content from 1 to 0
GameGuru now loads OK..
might be quick fix...

SAME ISSUE HERE!!! OK... on a total of 3 machines I'm having this same issue. I need help! I uninstalled GG and reinstalled it and I have the same issue. I deleted the map that it was trying to restore and have the same issue!! I've invested a lot of time and money at the store and upset. Need a solution, please. Thanks!

Everyone who set their showannouncements.ini file content from 1 to 0 ...( as quick fix to get classic working )
I have now set mine back to 1 and classic is working - so they must have fixed the problem..
So now my showannouncements.ini file contains 1
