Tarkus1971:
I'm not sure where to post this. But I have created some 3D scenes using GameGuru Classic using the assets I have purchased via the store, and I was going to sell these images (not the assets) for use as Visual Novel Backgrounds, on a different game creators website. The maps are my own custom maps and not the ones supplied with GG Classic. Now, the question is am I actually allowed to do this? Does anyone know.... I don't want to get into any copyright issues.

Thanks in advance.

Is this anything to do with GameGuru ?
Are you talking about screenshots ..

Does anyone have any info regarding this topic?
My guess it does NOT seem like there should be any intrusion into copyright when selling
images generated on screen-- mainly because I'm referencing the times we as a forum
community talked about how interesting it was to see production companies use GG in
television shows. -- And Lee didn't want to sue them, but rather found it pretty cool.

It's ok to do this I believe. As your not selling assets, just the scenes as images that the end user has created.

By the way Tarkus you may find a market for these images on Reallusions Cartoon Animator site. If it is legal to sell them on a third party site that is.

I sell 2D 'props' of many of my models on that site.
