Product Chat / weird blocky stripes on my texture

when I'm in builder mode everything is oke, but when I'm out of the builder mode one of my textures gets weird blocks on the texture itself. Can someone help me with this?

That looks like a normal map bleed which texture are you using and what version of GameGuru
