hi:
until last night iwas running GG fine
when i tried to paint grass or rock paint
it appears runtime error 501
what is happening

does any knows what is causing this problem???
runtime error 501
please help so i can use the terrain and grass paint..
i have an opdate that i didnot saw until i was opening gg
is autumm fixes..
i was using christmas version
so i installed. since i save the program in a pendrive
and i am using it.. i put all my levels in this version..and
i am continuing workin in it.. until i solve this problem

This may give a clue if your customising terrain textures.
RUNTIMEERROR_IMAGEILLEGALNUMBER 501
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

ok..but what that means?
remember i am a 77 year old vietnam vet.
dont know nothing of scritin or programing
i just do trial and error
how do i fix this problem ...so i can use the autumm update?
i am usin my christamas program that i saved on a pendrive
until i solve the problem in autumm update
every time i want to paint terrain or grass
i recevie the error statement..
if you can help me with this problem i will apresiate it..

Have you added any custom texture to your terrain ?
If so that would that could be it.
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

the answer is no..
just dounloaded a waterfall from GraPhiX
it is working beautifull
i made a waterfall from his program
it look greate
since i dont know anything from programing
i tried to look in the log...but dontknow where is

hi:
i desided to close this post
because i deleted gg from the steam file
and copy paste gg christmas program
then i update from steam the autumm version
i ran the program it says autumm version ok.
and it ran perfectly.. i could use the grass and terrain paint
now there are no errors
hope thus stays without future erros
