System is Intel Core i5 2400 CPU

64 bit Windows 10 version 20-04
GPU (Please don't laugh.) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti

After double-clicking the GameGuru Launcher.exe a white window opens. A few seconds later it switches to black and soon after that a box opens showing the message "Error 502" followed by what looks like left and right parenthesis. I looked for an error logs but could not find any.

The same error popped up in an earlier release. Sorry I can't remember which one. I should note that I have not been able to run any of the pre-release versions of Game Guru Max. Most just crashed with no error message. I have been ill for a while and haven't had a chance until now to post my issue.

unfortunately the recommended minimum graphics hardware is GTX9xx series i don think you card as enough power
