You are something, I'll say that, imothep85. You were like this on both the S2 Engine Facebook page and S2 Engine Discord ... slamming the engine when it was mostly user error. Firstly, MAX is currently an ALPHA. That means it's not even a completed product. Use at your own risk. Secondly, v5, v6.x ... they do work. There are issues, but they do work. If you'd bother to read around the forum, especially in the threads started by Lee about the alpha releases, you would see what issues people are running into and, potentially, how to deal with them. For example, in one of your threads claiming MAX doesn't work because, you know, you've tested it, you didn't try installing it on a different drive (such as a D drive, if you have one). The issues you were having with models not being brought in and the thumbnail not showing has to do with write permissions. By installing MAX somewhere else, like a D drive, you avoid this. Many people have already mentioned this both here and on the GameGuru Discord. But instead of trying to find an answer, you simply yell about it in several posts.
For someone like you, I would highly recommend that you don't bother installing the alpha, don't even bother with the beta when it is finally released, but wait for the final product as that should have (hopefully) a lot of the bugs (at least the major ones) already ironed out and then you can find another reason to scream on the forums about some other issue that will mostly likely end up being a user-issue, too.
Sorry if I sound mean or frustrated, but you did this all over the S2 Engine Facebook page and Discord and each time it was you and not the software. It was peaceful when you went away because the drama disappeared.
