So I wanna get this for making a multiplayer game. But is it possible or a coming feature (that probably never gets implemented).

Also, does it only have Deathmatch or can you have other game modes as well? Also classes etc.

There are no plans to add multiplayer options beyond what GG currently has unless things have changed, so if that is the crux of your decision to purchase GG Max then I would look at something else. It is primarily for single player games; Multiplayer getting no real additions since the first launch on Steam. Now some cynical people might think that it was merely tacked on to help get sales on Steam along with 3rd person support and they may be right.

I have Max pre-ordered, but have no illusions it will provide much more than GG bar some graphical extras at present. But we never know how things will go, if sales are really good, then we may see a continued fast pace with extras and dare I say it bug fixes

The basic Proton multiplayer plan
is free , but , very limited.
If you really wanna use multiplayer in your game
it will cost you a minimum of at least $95 extra or more.
It is a data driven model and the free one comes with
60 gig of traffic...if you need more....pay time !

It will also depend on what parts of the Proton SDK GG Max
decides to implement.

depends which commands are added to the engine - for multiplayer you need everything to be synced up so it will require specific commands to send that data to all the clients and the server and this was very limited in classic and i believe it will be the same for max for a long time yet... unlike normal scripting this sort of thing is unlikely to be able to be added by us unless Lee gives us a way to send our own network data rather than only access to some variables.
