Breaking down AI - is this a topic people are interested in??

Just curious on this topic at hand. I've been informed this is brought up often, reply comments I've read about stock, and quite a few inbox messages (sorry for delay in replies) . As I'm not getting any younger and often AI is not discussed in full due to various reasons in the industry, it's important to respect people in their field, though due to engines like gg it is often the designer mapping the level around the code, hence why people get some issues, unlike tested in a blank map or lack of understanding pre setup.
In saying that, thinking of doing a series on topics I select from beginning to random, also explaining how to set up custom npc to suit.

And so this thread isn't too boring if no one is interested in some break down, below is a small clip on something I've been testing, around 200+ cycles, watching and restarting. The level (not seen) was from the Jungle video I posted prior, detailed with various models and textures. Though as seen the load time (real time) is a acceptable amount in this style of example. On load the AI will reset, nav to best waypoint option, idle/anim state change (for effect) and lane change which I am looking into as a further option, though not necessary feature. All running the same script. 1080HD/11mb compressed.

I don't think anyone will say no to potential info on AI I don't think Lee has ever done anything on the newer stuff. I think the AI code is terrible to read through and not at all easy to follow it's spaghetti like structure. The original may not be quite as good in operation, but was at least easier to follow.
+1 to more info on AI
