No, it wouldn't i'm afraid. Regardless of whether they were given away for free or not, they are still the intellectual property of Devcore35 and only he has the rights to distribute them, these forums are very strict on enforcing that, so anyone distributing them without Devcores explicit permission may find themselves banned.
