The preorder page, or Steam? Those are really the only two places you can get it.
If you’re meaning Steam, GameGuru MAX is not officially released on it yet, as it is in late alpha stages (if I remember correctly).
This page is where you can preorder it at, and you can access the alpha versions from your TGC account.
