Hmmm, yeah. Seems like that is the way they continue...
How strong is the built in game save and re-load?? Will it encompass custom
assets, scripts and game play?
I haven't tested the viability of setting parameters for data that is already in place.
It would be nice to have a little more help from MAX developers on game save
and load these custom style games data. I know this has been discussed in
small circles briefly, and script help has been supplied by nice patrons of GG.
But any notice by the engine developers and some UI system to assist all working
users in this regard would boost tremendously the appropriation of new game
types into GG MAX.
Because no matter how well you plan and build your levels, no matter how deeply
you script your game play, if you cannot save and load all that is important, then
you would have to play the same game over each day from the beginning.
