Hi there,

Working on my secret area, where player can explode barrels to open door. In addition, fog appears after shooting barrels. It looks like really cool effect. Besides of it, fog dissappears if player leaves secret area, and appears if it returns. Really cool.

But I have a question. May be someone knows what measure units does SetFogIntensity use? If I write SetFogIntensity(90) meaning percents it changes not to 90 but to much more lesser value. TAB-TAB effect panel after explosion shows value that differs of 90 in 2 times. And all other numbers differs. So I need to send as parameters number that much greater then result. What is the coefficient?

Only the tab bars are percentage, the actual values are higher, not exactly sure but I seem to remember the number 260 from somewhere

Just be careful. Though I can't be sure, maybe this doesn't pertain to fog, but
some things like TextColor above 256 or below 0 will result in GG breaking--
GG breaking means your level has broken and corrupted, GG will start over
reloading your level, but be locked up afterward so you have to close it down.
Save your level every couple minutes when experimenting - even better do
these experiments on a new default map that's disposable.

I remember it being a bit tricky, can remember the way GG has to measure it. Try GetAmbienceIntensity ( ) to get the current value so you'll have a base value to play with, Anyway I recall those values being different value via tab tab than via script.
Take a look to visual.ini file to see who is expecting percent value, or rgb value, or so on.
