In parameters set the firing rate higher, i.e. change it from 85 or whatever it defaults to 850, also you can tweak the other values like view cone and view range so they don't detect you so easily.
If you do this for the first AI you put down then extract and clone it (SHIFT key + LMB) then they will all have the settings.
