It has happened to me with this and various objects in vehicles that I have wanted to move and use, why are they rotated 180 degrees? what will be the problem?

It has also happened to me with the script TRUCK021, I don't remember who it is but the entities appear rotated 180 degrees, and the wheels appear in strange positions ... like one higher than another and they rotate strangely

Because the model isn't facing forward.

The +Z axis direction is forward btw for normal entities, for some daft reason though characters are -Z for forward (or 180 degrees) probably so that when you place them down in default view they are facing the player.

Been there, done that, got all the T-Shirts!

You have to rotate the model itself in Fragmotion or similar.

The truck script has positional values in it to place the wheels etc relative to the body, they would need to be altered to suit a different model.
In addition the script need the models to have the origin point set correctly, for the body the origin should be in the middle of the rear axle.
The wheels need to be centred as a wheel would normally be, i.e. the middle of the hub.
