How can I get a specular map on each terrain texture? I saw something of the alpha channel of the selected texture, but I could never understand it well. Does anyone know how I get a specular map as if the floor is wet? Thank you.

For each terrain texture you need two image for the GG. example:
- mygrass_D.png
- mygrass_N.dds
The alpha channel of the Diffuse (_D) controls how shiny the texture will be.
So for the Diffuse texture:
Make copy of the image, and make it grey-scale. Adjust the levels of the image to make lighter or darker as required (trial and error).
Now copy that image and paste it into the alpha channel of the Diffuse, and save as PNG 32 (24 with transparency)

Hope that helps.
