Best bet is to ask on the store forum, or store discord. The store is third party and not owned by the creators of GameGuru. Jason (the store owner) is more likely to look there.
In general though, if you arne't able to self approve, then they have to be approved manually by Jason or Dave, so there's not real time frame to work from because it depends on how busy they are and how many people have models needing approval. Usually only takes a couple of days. However the UK as just had a 4 day holiday (friday to monday) so nothing would have been processed during that time.
