Last night an update was installed, version 1909.
Apart from a very bright screen, i've had no problems but did not find any setting to adjust the brightness.
There is however a handy calibration tool within windows which can be used to find the right balance for gamma/contrast/colors while adjusting the settings of your monitor.
Right click on start, click run, type; dccw.exe and click ok.
