No detect shaders Help me

someone can help me for some reason does not detect the shaders, in tab tab to lower the quality of the entities and land nothing happens

Are you saying at highest quality they just look like lowest setting or vice versa? Is the object custom or a default one? I've only seen this when the object is not set with the correct images.
SPECS: Ryzen 1700 CPU. Nvidia 970GTX. 16 Gig Memory. Win 10.

Even if the quality goes up to high it looks like it is low the object is predetermined
