hello!
Can't grow grass, follow video tutorial, can't brush out grass.
This problem is very troublesome, and I hope to be resolved.

Run test game.
Press the Tab key twice.
Play with the grass sliders in there.

I understand your frustration.

I respect Pirate Myke and others of his caliber, however, "Grass" is broken in the last couple of versions. If you follow the tutorial for this feature you will discover it does not work for the procedure shown. Everybody remembers when it worked before and do not take the time to search it out. That's understandable. I, too, hope that it is restored to it's working order. But, on the other hand, maybe you are wanting to only make the grass taller and thicker. that's when you do as Pirate Myke suggests. Otherwise, we will have to wait together until the editing features for grass is fixed.

Thank you, this issue has been checked and resolved by me. The method is: repair the software without adding your own code to the original file. If you need to have your own code, try to create a new script (the name should be different from the original file).
Hope to help friends with the same problem.

Since when was it broken?

I've created scenes use my grass since the last update and grass has been working fine for me.


Primary Desktop:
i7 7700,k NV1070 8GB, 16GB 3200mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Secondary Desktop:
i5 4760k, NV960 2GB, 16GB 2333mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Primary Laptop:
i5, NV1050 4GB, 8GB memory, 1x 1TB HDD, Win10.

Secondary Laptop:
i3, Intel 4000 series graphics, 6GB memory, 1x 500gb HDD, Win8.1.

I meant to say that editing grass in "real-time" does not work.
