Driving cars is definitely not inherently provided stock in GG engine.
Your asking for a pretty huge request for someone to work on.
Driving cars itself has been worked on around here, but rigging hands
and animations like that linked to driving would as far as I know be a
new bit of work. But it would be cool!
At the top of the script threads are "pinned" threads (with thousands
of views) -- delve into those and somewhere in there is the research
that has already been done for FPDriving.
