New version at link, adds a bit of sanity checking to min/max values (i.e. so min can't be greater than max and max can't be less than min) and only puts up the Save prompt if you have made a change since last save.
Name of entity determines the save name!
I've noticed this works on HD and above displays, probably looks a mess at lower resolutions than that!
