3rd Party Models/Media Chat / Uploading to store error

Just trying to upload a new script set and have an error with with image size

The docs says

primary Showcase Image (1000×563)

I have this size and it is a .jpg image, but the error still occurs, anyone help????

I am not 100% sure, but I uploaded an image smaller than I was supposed too, then used the sizing arrows to adjust it, then clicked the tick and it worked. Very odd.

That part of the store is very fussy on sizes etc.....
