Some creepy mutants. Will roam around randomly within a certain distance of spawn point (controlled by range[e] variable in line 56 of the mutanthead.lua script). Includes footstep and bite sounds. You need to keep the folder structure of the audiobank and scritbank folders in the zip file intact in order for the sounds and script to work.
