I just checked, and I get this: "You can't set this pack as available as one or more of the items within are not approved!"

I'd say it's due to the Bonus content that's included with the pack. So in the meantime, I'll continue with the next installment in the series.

Thanks for the concern my friends, I'm sure It will be sorted soon.

Yeah fantastic work - like wow!

Don't know if you still looking for info on making things glow more, but you can mess with these bits in settings_fx:

Hope that helps

Thanks OldFlak. The 1 thing that I had an issue with was the power beam. I wanted it transparent and glowing, and settled for what you see in the screenshots.

Will give this a go.

Yeah the settings above help, but we need more post-processing to be able to get real glows happening.

It would help (maybe?) if we had a separate Bloom slider for illumination maps - currently adjusting Bloom can give a fairly good effect for this kind of thing, but you have to have it way up around 80, which kills performance, and it washes out walls and skies completely.

I would love to be able to get similar effects as substance - would be cool

Also, just in case you are unaware:
you need to set forceloadtestgameshaders = 1 in setup file to force shaders to recompile. Takes a while when you load up a level. But once done just set it back to 0 again.

That would be great. Or even a tweaked "enhanced" illumination capable pbr shader for entities would be welcome. Though I don't know how close you could get with it.

Hi Guys. Well it seems that the store is on hold at the moment, so if there are any of you folks that want to, you may purchase the pack directly from me until the store bit gets worked out.
Just send me a PM or an e-mail, and I'll get you fixed up.

Pack price: $15.00 US.

Sorry for the delay my friends. Your Pal Cosmic.

Hi CP
Spoke to Jason this morning and got this response ..
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am back today so I will sort approval for him today ( if I don't run out of time or tomorrow and then he will get auto approval ) I can't override using the current system I am afraid, it is locked that the first 3 uploads have to be manually approved.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Im guessing he ran out of time but rest assured its all in hand mate

Sorry friends, Due to the way the Guru down loader is set up at the moment, I'm not going to be able to release this collection as promised. Unless I can find an alternate site, or method, to host the sales of this multi-pack collection. At This time, The Pack requires a simple, "Manual" installation.

A fix for this is in the works, I've been told, but no timeline as of yet.

My apologies, and Thanks, Cosmic.

CP just wondering - what is the problem with it?
Is it folder setup thing on GG side, or something else....

It's the folder structure. This pack was built the old way, like we used to do it. Just drop the "Files" folder into the Guru main directory, Done.
a manual install allows for multiple sub folders within the entitybank for proper organization, and grouping of similar types of items (Walls, Corridors, Props, vehicles, etc. ). The current down loader/ installer does not accommodate this at the moment. I spoke with Jason, and was told that a fix was in the works, which is great. But until it's sorted, I'd like to try and find an alternate method of Payment/ Distribution. So until then, I'm just putting this on hold temporarily until further notice.

Yeah, that's not the old way - it's the correct way
Bunging stuff all in the same spot, or in predetermined named folder is not good housekeeping, let alone practical for game art development. The folder hirarchy should always be set by the media developer.
