I forgot how to format for an img. Here is the link of the pic showing bright objects.

I'm not sure why this is happening for some objects. its happening to all user made characters and 2 objects on my level. I have already validated files.

What GFX card are you using ?
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

Just read your post on steam . You gave more info there.
Are you saying its just CC characters or custom ones you have imported or made ?
Is this the same with objects , User made only ?

It has been known for this issue if " entity_basic shader " line is missing from its FPE file.
That may be the static object problem and it could be similar for your custom characters.
But I am assuming these are all custom assets.
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

No none are custom. I will check fpe and report back in and hour or two. Thank you for help.

Edit: "user made characters" on my steam post, I men't characters using character creator.

I have checked fpe files of a lot of objects.

None have a line that says entity_basic shader.

Do you mean effect under

EDIT: For the characters its not an edited fpe file. Even if I make a new one in CC, they will be really bright. Here is a copy of fpe file without anim.

Ok can you tell list a few static stock models that's giving you the problem so I can try them .

Other then the CC characters its only 2 objects.
I could use other objects. But im worried about the CC characters and I have never seen this
so im not sure what to look for.

BTable in files or in gameguru its butcher table. That is the item next to the CC character in the pic

Going to try and remove that, see if it does something. Weird is shows up twice.
EDIT: Wow that was it. Weird b/c I have never touched the fpe on the objects. We are on to something

For the CC characters I noticed it was only the body that was bright. But the head is not.
Going to try and remove the files for cc and validate

EDIT: That did work for the body sept the arms. Now deleting files and validating. Seems good so far.
I did validate before I made this post. But I did get a new computer a month ago and moved files over.

I have downloaded way too many models.. is the Warehouse pack , stock?

There is a Warehouse folder but its not labeled Warehouse pack or that path so im guessing its not stock.
Sounds like its a third party pack In which case maybe not a GG fault.


Edit … In fact I think that's FPS Creator Model Pack 24, Warehouse Pack
Probably find non have been properly converted and are running them straight out of the box ..
so no wonder you have problems ..
