How do you convert FBX files to .X files?

I think Blender can do it, and it's free.

Yeah i'm really bummed that Blender 2.8 no longer has the .X export add-on, i'm hoping it's just an add-on they haven't updated yet, because the rest of 2.8 is awesome.

Primary Desktop:
i7 7700,k NV1070 8GB, 16GB 3200mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.
Secondary Desktop:
i5 4760k, NV960 2GB, 16GB 2333mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.
Laptop:

Ultimate Unwrap 3D does a great job of converting FBX to X (and it does lots of other things too). It’s not free.
