Hi all just want to know, when i opened notepad++ it said there was an update so i did the update.
after the update the pop up system did not work again so i followed the post of Bolt Action Gaming https://forum.game-guru.com/thread/219215#msg2594062
but now i see there is an Apis folder and not just an api folder see pic.

so i copy and paste the Lua.xml file into the Apis folder but the pop up does not work.
Could it be because the folder is apis and not api as stated in Bolt Action Gaming thread or did i do something else wrong.

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3260 @ 3.30GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.3GHz RAM 16GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 730

I have no idea. I hope Notepad++ does not go freaky and unstable because
it's the best thing out there for lua scripting (as it is).
GG is tricky enough without the lua editor being a hurdle!
I don't use the api's. I check global.lua... and stuff for assistance.

Possibly though you could google this or someone knows?

I'm still looking, BTW for an answer to your question -! just (not willing to
experiment on my own Notepad++!!) sorry because I am currently (always)

I just updated to the latest notepad++ and the update has caused me no problems, everything works as before. Just updated using the defaults options given in the install process.

Windows 10 creator,64 bit| Intel i7-7700 @3.60GHZ Quad|CPU PASSMARK 10,794|Memory 16GB |NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1070|GPU PASSMARK 11,071

Maybe i must uninstall and then install again.

Edited:.. Ok i have just installed from this website.

And everything was automatically correct again , did not had to adjust anything.

Somehow i think the update has corrupted something when it updated, but luckily all is ok now
