Hi,
I have tried CopperCube and I am looking forward to trying GameGuru especially with the GameGuru - Premium Bundle that's only $25 now !

But I am not feeling Steam at the moment so is there a way to download/purchase it without Steam ? Thanks.

First of all, Hello granada.

Second, I was there, I hit the add to basket, Then I click view basket, Then I saw "Delivery Method"->Steam Key.
Sadness.

GameGuru is only available via steam no matter where you buy it.
Although once installed you can run it without steam.

Hello synchromesh, first of all, thanks for replying.

I am not going to install Steam, so it seems this is sadness for me then.
It's ok, I will look back at this engine someday again, what a waste...the bundle is really awesome !

Thank you synchromesh.

I don't think any of us are great lovers of steam but that's the platform most Devs prefer to use.
For Devs its a good platform to sell … Why would you rather go without than not install Steam … Seems odd ?
Im not keen on Microsoft at the best of times but the fact is I think Windows works best for me

Bit late reply here, but for what it's worth have to concur with Bracer.

I clearly remember being totally ticked off when GG went to Steam.

We can get other TGC products outside of steam, so it seems a bit sad we can't do the same for the GG.

Having said that, Steams only good point is easy updates, but hey if you are into game dev, messing around under the hood should be no problem. And since Steam is a rip-off, options are always good, and better for the devs
