I have done a search, but couldn't find anything relating to my question.

But can games made on Game Guru be exported as an app for tablets, mobiles etc

Not directly. You would have to put it thru an app called game guru loader.
It is bundled with agk tools.

Not directly, no. GameGuru is exclusively PC only.

However if you know how to code using AGK, there is an add-on for AGK that will import GameGuru maps, but you will have to rewrite the scripts in AGK as they don't transfer over, and then you can export the game from AGK to other formats.

Primary Desktop:
i7 7700,k NV1070 8GB, 16GB 3200mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Secondary Desktop:
i5 4760k, NV960 2GB, 16GB 2333mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Laptop:
i3, Intel 4000 series graphics, 6GB memory, 1x 500gb HDD, Win8.1.

No exporting to anything but PC as .EXE.

As mentioned above you'd have to use GG Loader to export your map for use in AGK. Which means you'd have to buy two separate apps and learn a different coding structure. As AGK is not using LUA as far as I know.
