Licence is personal use
I quote

The price list for the kits u can find here

O course if u would use only models like these in GG, the engine would have some problems to render it all, but if u put 2-3 of them in a level there should be no problems.I have some models from dosch design i buyed long time ago for unity(it was a very short expierience with this software 4 me ), i putted some of it in GG and they work perfectly.
I talked with kitbash3D on facebook, actually they offer free samples of the warzone and industrial kits.
this are the free models from warzone

Out of curiosity i tried reducing just one of the meshes from the sample
in simplygon. to reduce it enough for GG destryoys the mesh.
but nice thought.

These are used for concept art renders. Definitely not for games and never intended to be used that way. TBH they are already clean, optimised meshes and the high poly count is not caused by dense faces but by the amount of small detail geometry, optimising further will result in the entire mesh collapsing.
You could remove smaller details to get it all down but likely be left with some boxes and cylinders (if you know how to do this then you might as well make your own boxes and cylinders in the first place) which have nice textures but I highly doubt they are licensed for game use anyway.

As rolfy said they have so much detail decimating them would literally devimate them, the best way to use them would be to make low poly versions and bake the normals from them to the liw poly, which would be literally making another model yourself.

Finaly tryed it self, GG renders only a part of the model, tried also to prepare it with the decimate tool from blender, the mesh get destoreyd just as devlin sayed, sadly.
BTW found also this website, assets are free to use in commercial and non commercial games, fbx format.
They have desert buildings, scifi and modern weapons and more! For free, if u wanna more texture variations u have to pay 2-5 dollars.
take a look
