Product Chat / HELP, adding custom bullet fly by audio broke the entire editor

So i changed the bullet flyby wav files to a more fitting and crisp sound, named the same file name and everything, copied and pasted over, that didnt work, mixed down the files again out of my audio workstation, still didnt work... so now i have hours of work pretty much gone because the program wont even load now, it keeps throwing the error 3002 code and looping the "restoring previous project"


Since when does simply overwriting a sound file thats named the exact same thing... break an entire program....

Looks like there still may be a problem with your sounds ..
Try verifying your installation via steam ... That should sort it .
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

well the problem started when i made four new bullet fly by sounds and replaced the xisting ones.

It doesn't but can crash it if its not correct
Did you save it as … 44,100 Hz, 16-bit, Mono PCM audio wave file like the original ?
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

I got it! i didnt think the engine couldnt handle stereo, switched it to mono and it worked! thankyou!

Any idea on how to adjust the pitch change the engine applies? can i disable the randomized pitch changes to the sounds?
