Third Party Tools / fragmotion animations backward

Hi i downlaoded bods helicopter and amenmoses script and rigged the animation in fragmotion to onother heli model, the problem is the animation(or the model) are backward, the blades rotating in the oposite direction and the heli flying backward, i tried to rotate the model in fragmotion, now the blades are rotating correct but the model flys still back , i dont know if its a fragmotion problem or somethink in the fpe file under the section animations, had everyone a similar problem before?

See if checking or unchecking the Flip hardness option will fix this issue for you.


Fixnewy = 180 in the FPE file may help you also.

The script(helicopter.lua) seems to be buggy the helicopter "jumps" at start and before landing,my model and the original too

Make sure the settings for the entities are correct, not sure if the original post with the settings in is still available.

Start with checking the 'always active' setting.

Bod's end user license for all his models disallows modification, that includes ripping his animations out to place on another model unless he has given you specific permission to do so. If he has not granted you permission to do this outside of his terms then please don't post requests for help doing so here, if he has then please ignore this advice.

The animation in this case is just a blade rotating, it was probably harder work rigging another model with it than simply animating the other model in the first place.
Been there, done that, got all the T-Shirts!

Iam not "ripped" the animation, i just practiced rigging and started with the simplest thing that i found instead of starting first off with a character model.I dont even have the heli model anymore.

Not necessarily, depends on the model, i had a model that was devided up in vert-groups so i dont have to assign every singe vertice to the bone, just the whole group.
