solved now. i put here the solution if any one have that question...
the (gameplayercontrol) in scriptbank find the REDNESS and modify the 100 to 50.
now the player when have 50 of life or less, the red screen with sound of heart appear. not in 100. now in 50
-- Screen REDNESS effect, and heartbeat, player is healthy, so fade away from redness
