Under the physics section.

Set it to -1 probably.
Reload the map and see if it holds in the properties panel of that object.

What kind of entity is it you want to disable physics for? There is a number of ways to do this. If you have an entity you dont want to move at all and it doesnt use any scripts at all you can use:

defaultstatic = 1

otherwise you can use the following:

physics = 0
isimmobile = 1
collisionmode = 11
