As it’s not your work you don’t know this, but I’ll leave it to the mods. I’ve seen this tagged as for personal use only as taken from Battlefield. Not saying you’ve seen this or who or if this is right or wrong but this is the reason free models on here are from the authors themselves to avoid any legal issues.

Just becauase its free from another website doesnt mean you are free to post it on another site. Most of the usage rights for free models specifically state for personal useage only, this means you cannot legallly distribute it by posting it here. Please make sure you definitely have permission to pass it on to other people, otherwise the least of your problems could be a ban from these forums.
