Hi!
I develop my game in Win 7, but when I try to run my Standalone game in Win 10, the computer say: Missing VCOMP140.dll.
Must I put this dll-file in my computer somewhere so this file come with the Standalonegame? Have tryed all week, no success.

Is your Windows 7 right up to date … This is a Must as many newer DX11 files are installed in the updates ..
You will probably also need to install " all " the Microsoft Visual C++ files both x86 and x64.
You will find these in the GameGuru root folder
C:\ Program files [86] \ steam \ steamapps \ common \ GameGuru \ commonRedist
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

Win 7 is up to date....
But will try the Visual C++, test result tomorrow. Exciting! Tx

To Install all of the above files in my win 7 (Develop computer) did not solve the problem.
But I even Installed the Visual C++ redi....V2015 on my Win 10 computer and that fix the problem.

Yes for the Windows 7 that was the first part ..
If that didn't fix it then I point you to the second part of the fix
Install this one … Reboot and try again
