Morning
with the help of me LOL AmenMoses has converted the explosions to a library this means you can have custom explosion's on anything even if the entity already as a script.

Harry made some fantastic Drones recently but could not make them explode I have added 13 lines of code to his original script and now it has an explosion.
I will continue testing on other entities

The Explosion scripts\particles were past across to Lee before Christmas, I think he his on Holiday at the moment he needed to check them before adding to the latest build, so I apologise for the delay.

This latest update is just to let you know I have been testing the new Explosion library that AmenMoses helped me put together and it works very well as can be seen in the above video as soon as Lee confirms the explosion media is in the latest version I will post the library and a quick how to

Graphys you are righ, solve it. Ty

I was checking string.match and the regular expressions, so I've noticed you using underscore as delimiter, how I can't notice my underscore , when you are manytime dealing with, you miss the obvious. LOL

Hi science boy you can get the snow here https://forum.game-guru.com/thread/217932?page=12#msg2608389 pretty sure I released the rain somewhere too and fog... I will have a search for you

EDIT: check this directory on your computer \Game Guru\Files\effectbank\particles\weather I think I sent them to TGC for inclusion back in December also check your scriptbank for graphix_*.lua files they should be there too

HI Kev,
Didn't you do a fog particle? any chance you can point me to the post if so, so I can try it out please ?
Just a question and this is probably more AM's bag tbh would there be a way to make these particles random e.g say the player starts a level it has a random chance of say snowing or not at any particular point. Would make it much more realistic if the amount or type of snow, rain, fog etc was random, also m8 do we have a way yet to stop it indoors?
Cheers
Edit: oh you did do one just read above? any reason its not in the weather folder yet?
Edit2: nm m8 edited the snow particle emitter to just display the fog all's good on that bit
Intel i5 4950 Quad core 3.3ghz AMD FX 6300 x6 cores 3.5ghz(unclocked)
8gb Ram 8gb Ram
AMD Radeon 7570 1gb AMD Radeon HD 6670 2gb
and a well fed mouse on a wheel

I only smile because i have absolutely no idea whats going on

Hi Honkeyboy yes I released the Fog too the lua is called graphix_mist_particle.lua, the only way I got it to stop indoors was with a zone, also you can randomize the weather with zones to, have a look at my blizzard video I used mist and snow together for the hill climb I used 'ranges' so that the mist got more dense as you climb the hill. it was very rudimentary but can be improved on by the more skilled than me

To be totally honest I have took a lot on recently and its when I look back at the stuff I did that I realise I don't finish things properly, I really need to take a step back and finish what I start I apologise for all the half baked stuff I have done, I promise I will complete things to the best of my capabilities.

Asset Manager is taking a good 90% of my time and this I DO want to finish once complete I will go back and refine the things I have not finished.
