This is my idea right now, but it has too many problems, difficult to implement. Who has the idea and done about this then comment.

which only you can answer but If its tomorrow ... then it wouldnt be much different than a war of today.
That wouldn't be to difficult as you don't need futuristic assets
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

To be honest, WW3 won't make much of a game, WW3 would consist of minutes scrambling around pushing buttons, followed by the complete annihilation of life on earth

Primary Desktop:
i7 7700,k NV1070 8GB, 16GB 3200mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Secondary Desktop:
i5 4760k, NV960 2GB, 16GB 2333mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Laptop:

I think an empty map would suffice. (Sorry, couldn't help myself)
