Hi.

I'm using ShaderMap to convert my textures to PBR as this seams to becoming the norm.

When i save ShaderMap saves out the follow PBR textures.

_ALBEDO
_METAL
_ROUGH
_NORM
_RMA
_AO
_DISP

Am i right in the following?

_ALBEDO = _color
_METAL = _metal
_ROUGH = _roughness
_NORM = _normal

What are these ones?

_RMA
_AO
_DISP

Hi TStrike
_ALBEDO = _color
_METAL = _metalness
_ROUGH = _gloss (has to be inverted)
_NORM = _normal
_AO = _ao (ambient occlusion)
_DISP = _height
_RMA = RMA texture is just the Roughness, Metallic and AO packed into the RGB channels of an image. (not used in GG yet but maybe soon )

Yup i think Graphix got them all, although i think _DISP is an inverted height map, but mot sure.

GG is a metalic roughness workflow where the roughness is (for some unknown reason) named as _gloss.

If you go to the gg steam community page and look in the guides tab have a guide there that lists all the textures usef by gameguru and what theyre for (change the filter to most recent to find it easier)

Primary Desktop:
i7 7700,k NV1070 8GB, 16GB 3200mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Secondary Desktop:
i5 4760k, NV960 2GB, 16GB 2333mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Thank you both. With your guide Belidos & GraPhiX info I can get one with the conversions. If i'm going to do a game I want it to look nice.

Belidos. I have made a PDF version of your guide, would it be ok to posted it on here?

Sure, no problem, there's already a forum post version on here somewhere, it was just easier to point to the steam guide at the time (i was posting form my phone)
